次の酒は、迷わずこれです。

　『仙介　中汲み　生原酒　特別純米』

　　　　　　　泉酒造株式会社　　 神戸市東灘区御影塚町1-9-6


斗瓶採り　無濾過です。

原料米は、兵庫県産山田錦２０％（麹米）、兵庫県産五百万石８０％（掛米）

精米歩合は６５％です。


　　★酒銘の　「仙介」　は初代の名前　泉仙介から。
