久しぶりにいただきました。

　　『悦　凱陣　純米酒』　　丸尾本店　　香川県仲多度郡琴平町榎井９３

金毘羅宮の参道の趣のある町並みが続く一角に位置し、古くは勤皇の志士たちが出入りしたという、由緒ある蔵元です。

桂小五郎や高杉晋作が潜伏していたこともあり、今でも本宅のからくりや密談室跡が残っています。


そんな蔵元、丸尾本店

こだわりをもって作られる悦凱陣は、非常に個性的で、味わい深い日本酒。

熟成によって引き出される旨みは絶品です。
