『団子汁』　これは本来の団子とは違います。

第5回目のテーマは、大分産　「かぼすブリ」　が食のテーマ。

他に　「臼杵のじゃこ天」　「大分とり天」　「大分名物鶏の唐揚げ」

　　　「鶏めし」　「団子汁」　大分の名物が並びます。

日本酒は、「佐藤酒造（千羽鶴）・竹田市久住町」
　　　　　　　　※文豪　川端康成が命名し愛した酒。

焼酎は、「赤嶺酒造（極蒸右衛門七）・臼杵市野津町」
　　　　　　　　※野津のとんちで有名な、吉四六さんのふるさと。
