『王禄　八〇　生原酒』　2010年古酒

王禄（おうろく）2010年に造り22BY（2011年）瓶詰、24年（2012年）に出荷された酒。

製造年度からいいますと2年間ほど蔵で眠っていた酒となります。

「八〇」　とは、山田錦を80％磨いたと言う意味です。

８０％精米としては見事な酒に仕上がっています。

使用米：東出雲町産山田錦（100％）　精米歩合：80％　　日本酒度：＋8.4　　酸度：２．４　

2年間の熟成、まろやかになっています。　燗でも美味しい。
