『餅』　のことを　『あも』　といってました。

昔の宮仕えの上級女官を女房といい、女らしさをあらわした女房言葉です。

滋賀の大津に本店を構える　「叶 匠壽庵(かのう しょうじゅあん)」。

丹精込めて炊き上げた小豆と、やわらかな求肥を合わせた極上の棹菓子です。

神戸では、そごう神戸店、神戸阪急、大丸芦屋店で販売しています。


　　　★粒餡と求肥が大好きな、おいさんの好みの和菓子です。
