　　　　　創業は1860年（万延元年）　広島の代表酒。
　　　　　日本画の巨匠、横山大観が終生愛飲したお酒として有名です。
　　　　　先々代の山根薫は、「甘口とか辛口とかいうが、うちはうま口だ！」　が口癖。
　　
　　
　　『安東水軍』　尾崎酒造　　青森県西津軽郡鯵ヶ沢町

　　　　　明治元年の創業。　酒名は、かって雄大ロマンを求めた日本海の覇者「安東水軍」にちなんで命名。
　　　　　白神山地の清水を用い、南部杜氏が醸す清らかでふくらみのある酒です。
