「さかなでいっぱいプラス」　です。

この日は、高知のキンメと鞆の浦の天然スズキが相乗りセットでありました。

どちらもこの時期美味しい高級魚の相乗りです。

もちろん！　どのメニューよりも先に注文しました。

もちろん！　お酒は日本酒です。

金目鯛は実が柔らかくて上品過ぎてあまり好きではありません。
新鮮なので美味しいのですが・・・
やはり煮つけが最高な魚ですね。＾＾
