東海大分県人会創立40周年記念で飲んだ酒です。

　　『いいちこ　日田全麹』　　三和酒類　　大分県宇佐市

　　　　麦大麦麹だけを原料にする全麹造り、まず大麦麹で仕込み、さらに大麦麹で仕込む、という二段階の贅沢な造り。

　　『寧（ねい）』　　老松酒造　　大分県日田市

　　　　原料に紅芋を使用し、黄金千貫で仕込んだ原酒と合わせることにより、より美味しい紅芋焼酎です。
