能留英（ノルウェー）は日本と同じく漁業が盛んな国です。

ノルウェーサーモン（アトランティックサーモン）や大西洋サバが日本に多く輸出されています。

漁業文化が日本と似ており捕鯨推進国の一つでもあります。

人気の　「サーモンの造り」　を、脂が乗りマグロのトロのような食感です。

　　★他には長崎のヒラメ、淡路物のシラス釜揚げをいただきました。
