『サザエの造り』 と　『スズキの造り』

サザエもぼちぼちシーズンが終了です。

スズキは夏の魚と言われていますが、これからも美味しくいただけます。

〆には　「しめ鯖の押し寿司」　を！


　★お酒は、マドンナはハーフ＆ハーフ、おいさんはいきなり日本酒でした。
