豚の顔の肉　「豚顔肉皮」　と言う沖縄料理です。

豚の顔の肉皮が1枚（一頭分）パックされています。

沖縄の沖縄ハム総合食品の製品です。

この顔の下部分の鼻のところが特に美味しいらしいのですが・・・


★１２日の、さかなでいっぱいプラスのBBQ大会で食べる事ができます。
