「秋田の蔵付き分離酵母で造った純米酒シリーズ」

今年は２５蔵参加です。

それぞれの酒蔵に住み付いている酵母を分離・選抜し、優良な酵母を純粋培養し醸したもの。
この酵母は分離された酒蔵だけしか使えないので、酒蔵の個性が出てるお酒です。
