70％精米ながらほどよい果実系の香りと米本来の旨みとコクを持つコスト性にすぐれた純米酒です。

大山地区は昔、数十件の造り酒屋が軒を並べ、東北の小灘と言われてたところです。

大山の地に明治5年創業。

製麹装置、仕込タンク等を考案し近代的な造りの蔵。。
