岐阜は三千櫻（みちさくら）

三千櫻には　「吟醸」　「大吟醸」　という言葉がありません。

地酒、という普通酒があり、その他はすべて　「純米酒」　です。

お米を７０％磨こうが、６０％磨こうが、５０％磨こうが、ぜーんぶ純米酒！

この酒も磨き60％ですが純米酒！　本来ならば純米吟醸の磨きなのです！

この蔵で醸されるお酒は全て１４号酵母を使用しています。
とても綺麗な仕上がりで、繊細で品のある味わいと香り、透明感もあります。

まだまだ一般的には知られてはいないお酒です。
中々出来がよく、将来が楽しみでもある蔵です。
