なんと、日本酒に焼酎用の白麹を使ったにごり酒です！

鹿児島の焼酎蔵との付き合いから始まった焼酎用の麹を使った日本酒、

これまで黒麹仕込のお酒も造ってきたが、今度は白麹を使ったにごり酒です。

　　　『天の戸　シルキー　絹にごり　特別純米生酒』

ＪＡ秋田ふるさと平鹿町酒米研究会が化学合成由来農薬肥料を五割以上削減し、

丹精込めて作った特別栽培酒造好適米　「星あかり」　で仕込む。
