はらぐち酒店さんが用意した日本流オードブルです。

はらぐち会と神戸角打ち学会の交流会に用意していただいた料理です。

フランスで言うオードブルは前菜の事を指し！　

日本では放射線状に料理を盛った盛り合わせを言う。

　　★いや～！　見事な料理です！
