フルセは５寸釘煮！？ フルセは５寸釘煮！？ フルセは５寸釘煮！？ 生フルセです。 生フルセです。

フルセ(イカナゴの親魚)の釘煮です。

イカナゴ（新子）の煮付けを別名　「釘煮」　と言いますが、

このフルセの釘煮は大きいので別名　『5寸釘煮！？』　ともいいます！＾＾

　　★上手に煮込んでいます！　見事な味です！

嘘ですよ！　フルセでも釘煮といいます。
ただ大きいので５寸釘に似ているのでこのように言ったりしますが＾＾
