雅乃智のコンセプトは　「やさしさと気品を兼ねそなえた、花のように純粋で奥行きのある味わい」　です。

その酒質を実現するために、蔵元では　「香り高い純米吟醸酒」　と　「深い味わいを持つ純米吟醸酒」　の
２種類を造り、それらをブレンド配合することで、両方の長所を持つ酒質を実現。
