酒造好適米、雄町を１００％使用して醸した酒です。

　　　『三千櫻　純米　雄町　５５　原酒生酒』　　三千櫻酒造　　岐阜県中津川市

三千櫻らしいリンゴ系の香りが豊かに香ります。

原酒ながら１５度という低めのアルコール度数ゆえスッキリとした口当たり。

雄町だなと思える厚みのあるコクが適度な旨みを感じさせてくれます。
