香川産のマゴチ

２．３ｋｇもある香川産のマゴチです。　

この時期から夏に向けて特に美味しくなる高級魚です。

白身でクセがなく、少し身にねばりがあり歯応えと甘みを感じる。

　　★ポン酢醤油にもみじおろしがよく合います。
