和歌山のサゴシ！

サゴシとは、サワラの子のことを言う。

さわらは成長するに従ってサゴシ、ナギ、サワラ（60cm以上）と呼び名が変わる出世魚でもある。

活物であれば刺身もいいのだが、酢〆も美味しい！
