鯨の心臓刺身！ 鯨の心臓刺身！

とても珍しいクジラの心臓の刺身をいただきました。

味はまったくクセは無く、弾力と歯応えがありとても美味しい！

例えれば、馬肝の刺身に似ているが、もっと弾力がある。
