生白魚ポン酢！

『生白魚ポン酢』 　（茨木産）

白魚（シラウオ）、踊りなどで食べる素魚（シロウオ）とは違います。

夏場はまだ小さく、秋から冬に掛けて大きくなっていきます。

主産地の霞ヶ浦などではシラウオ用の刺し網や定置網で獲ります。
