鶏ヤゲン軟骨！

薬研（やげん）　別名“くすりおろし”ともいう。
薬効をもつ草・根・木や動・鉱物質のものを粉砕するときに使う一種の製薬用具であるが、
また、唐辛子の調製などにもにも利用された。

鶏の胸の近くにある、一羽から30ｇ程しか取れない希少価値の高い軟骨！

鶏の首の近くにある、焼き鳥で出てくるあの硬い軟骨とは違います！

【ヤゲンとは？】
　　製薬用具の中にある、薬をつぶす道具の薬研（やげん）に形が似ていることから！

国産があると、ツイツイ買ってしまいます
