コショウダイ（胡椒鯛）の造り！ 　（by：さかな）

体表に散らばる黒い斑点が胡椒（コショウ）の実のようであるから。

刺身は美味、ムニエル、塩焼き、煮つけ、フライなどいろいろ利用範囲は広い。

　　　　★幽庵焼きが好きです♪
