大分の後輩が野菜を作っていて先日たくさん送ってもらいました‼️

いろんな野菜の中でも神戸ではあまり手に入りにくい菊芋が‼️

菊芋は栄養価の高い野菜です😃💕

その菊芋を使って塩コショウした菊芋チップを作りました✨

また菊芋の煮物も！
どちらもお酒によく合いますしご飯の友としても美味しいです‼️😃✨
