今季　最後のヒレ酒です‼️

少し冷えるのでヒレ酒を作りました。

トラフグのヒレは生からベランダに干して作りました‼️

またフグ皮で煮凝りも作りました

お酒に合います😋

酒の肴は他にこの日手に入れた

生ホヤ、明石ダコ、今が旬のホタルイカです😃✨
