いつもの馴染みの魚屋で‼️
 
いい赤海鼠と活黒鯛（チヌ）が手に入りました‼️😁
 
黒鯛は一匹捌いてもらい、赤海鼠は自分で料理をしました。
 
黒鯛は塩焼きではなく煮付けに！脂が乗って美味しかった😋
 
赤海鼠は時期的には今季最後か？コノワタが旨い😋
