明石海苔の巻き寿司
今日は節分、いつもの馴染みのお寿司屋さん　　『真砂寿司』　で買ってきました。

住吉界隈では一番美味しい、お寿司屋さんだと思います。

明石海苔と言われる、明石海峡(須磨〜明石）で養殖された海苔を使用しています。

ご主人は元、兵庫県警の警察官という異色の寿司職人です。

今年の恵方は、『西南西』

【節分の夜は恵方に向かって、家族揃って巻き寿司を丸かぶり、その年は幸福が回ってくるとの、云い伝えがあるとか。】
