山里の珍味　『鯉の甘露煮』

これまた、『嬉し乃』　の看板料理。

お客さんに人気料理の一つです。

鯉を時間をかけて、甘辛く煮込んでいます。

中骨も柔らかく、骨もすべていただけます。

鯉の卵も一緒に煮込んでいました。


何も知らなければ、鯛か海の魚を煮込んでいるようで、臭みもまったく無く、ただ旨いだけです。


　　　　　　★まだまだ珍味は続きます・・・・・
