あんこう鍋が食べたい！

台湾のオネエサンが来週末日本に・・・・・・
「何か食べたいiモノは？」
「あんこう鍋」
「？」
「白子も」
「？？？」
「そんな名前の女性は知らないよ」※わざと聞きました
「ちがう、卵の事」
あんこうの肝のことかなぁ・・・・・

たっての希望なので、早速あんこうを手配、ちょうど入荷あったようなので
半身を冷凍をお願いしました。

彼女は何処であんこうを知ったんでしょうか、とにかく食いしん坊なんです
共食にならないのかなぁ・・・・・
これ以上書くと後が恐ろしいので！

Ah - the infamous Monkfish (in English). It`s ugly, but apparently quite tasty. I saw them being prepared & cooked on an episode of the old Japanese TV show "The Iron Chef" (I don`t know its Japanese title). A pretty disgusting process!

Monkfish is delicious, however, this is a silly-looking fish.
We can buy cheaper this fish in winter.

I can cook that  do you want to eat?
