モロヘイヤの調理
生の葉を細かく微塵切りにしてスープにする食べ方が一般的ですが、粘性が高いので吹きこぼれになりやすく、注意が必要です。
私は小口径の火口で中火にして蓋をしないで加熱しますが油断は出来ません・・・・・
