煮物の残り汁からの炊き込みご飯...
鳥や玉ねぎ、人参、しいたけ、筍なんか煮込んだ煮汁でご飯を炊いて、
新たにとりもも肉を皮めからしっかり焼いて長ネギ入れて甘から醤油ダレで味付けして鳥丼にしました。

ご飯からも鳥のだし、お肉は照り焼き状態で結構おいしかったです。
