昨日のごはん。昼お弁当

自分じゃこんなに種類
入れられないなぁ

肉を使っていない体思い弁当と
鯛と豆腐のふんわり揚げだったかな？
飲み物は水出し緑茶でした！

朝は
ワカメごはんおにぎり
麦茶
カフェオレ無糖

仕事中は
1日分の鉄分ヨーグルト
レモン水

おやつは
ポテコ
サッポロポテト
パキラホワイト
リベラだったかな？

暴走して食べたなぁ

現在クーラーで冷えたのもあいまって
腹痛
布団にくるまって痛い(>_<)と
うめいてる

もう少ししたら仕度して医者行かねば

昼何にしようかなぁ
