帰宅してBOSSのノンカフェインのオレ
トルティーヤ　シーザーチキン
うまいなぁ
また買おう！
 
カロリー少なめでチョコチョコ食べると良い
と聞いたのでざっくりカロリー計算しようかなぁ
と思いつつ
減量はまだいいかなぁとか考えながら
もぐもぐ
野菜を増やそうと野菜大量購入
夕飯は野菜多めでいくかな…
