Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, many businesses are facing a tough time. Some are forced to lose because of a lack of revenue. Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. has been fortunate to be able to stay in business during this crisis. We feel that it is our duty to help small businesses as much we can to survive during this harsh time.

Business owners do not actually have many opportunities to talk face-to-face with a lot of their customers. What you know usually comes from the person in charge or Managers. I know that you would like to know directly from the customer if they are happy or not, especially when they are not happy.

Opinion Stand ® is a cloud-based system developed by Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. to easily collect customer’s opinions. There are two methods that Opinion Stand ® can gather this information. One is a system called “Papyrus". Opinion Stand ® can generate a QR code which you can placed on anything. When the customer scans the QR code, the Opinion Stand ® is displayed on the screen of their smartphone, allowing them to express their opinion. This method is convenient for printing their unique QR code on product packaging, receipts, or packing lists so that the customer can easily evaluate the service or product.

The other product offered as part of the Opinion Stand ® family is called “Kumo” (cloud or spider in Japanese). This is a system that embeds rating buttons online to be displayed using a web browser. For example, you can add this feature to your newsletter and your website’s home page. When a specific rating button is clicked, that data is sent immediately to your Opinion Stand account.

You may have noticed that Opinion Stand ® now has the ® appearing after the name. This means that it is now a registered trademark in the United States. We are hoping to continue to spread the word and make everyone aware of the many powerful uses for the Opinion Stand ® and to encourage more business owners to use it.

At a minimum, you will need to follow the above steps from concept to the release of your website. Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. proposes to eliminate the first two steps. We have created samples of completed industry websites using our own website development and maintenance tool: WebdeXpress. We are making these samples into templates for everyone to use for free. This is what we refer to as our DIY plan.

In addition, we will offer to create your website for you using a chosen template for $125 per page.

We are happy to announce that we have launched a service that will cost $375 for a basic 3-page website using a selected template. This new service is called DFY (Done for You).

Additional updates and changes that are not a part of the template are available and will be quoted separately.

Parcom is a web hosting platform which combines WHMCS, a billing system, and C-Panel to give our customers full control over how their website is managed.

The wonderful things about C-Panel is anyone can take care of their website. All the functions of C-Panel are so well documented that even beginners can use it. If you want us, Pacific Software Publishing, to build the website for you on Parcom hosting platform, we are happy to do that.

If you have any problems or questions, you can ask us through our secure ticketing portal. To provide better service, we are providing only online support through our ticketing system. There is no phone support but, we have technicians standing by to answer all your questions very quickly.

All servers are new with updated software. We already have a few customers testing this new system and they are extremely happy.
