サンディエゴ；四川料理 Dede's TeaJuice City

「水煮」という名の激辛煮物
アペタイザー三種類
オイスターレタス（ゆでたレタスにオイスターソースをかけただけっていう豪快な(?)料理。。
今日は、たまにものすごーく食べたくなる激辛・四川料理をご紹介します。
サンディエゴタウンスタッフの一押し四川レストランは、Convoy StにあるDede'sです。

お店に入るとまず、ショーケースにあるアペタイザーを三種類選びに行きます。
おすすめアペタイザーは、
１位. 夫婦肺片（牛の内臓を香辛料を利かせて煮込んだ料理）
２位. きゅうり（きゅうりの中華風浅漬け）
あとは、その日の気分によってもう一品選びます。

そして毎回必ず注文するのが、「水煮」という名の激辛煮物。
これは辛くて臭く（ニンニクたっぷり）、一度食べたら病みつきです。
