毎週講師が変わるので、微妙に違うので刺激になる。

相変わらずロボット状態だが、６０分こなせるようになった。
テンポの速い動作＆複合・複雑な動きはこなせないが少しずつ向上している。

胃の全摘手術で、著しく低下した体力もかなり改善されて・希望が出てきた。
関係者の皆様方ありがとうございます。
