21:10スタート疲労抜き15.8km キロ5'54ペース晴れ外気温13℃
疲労抜き 31.6km/40km済。

皆既月食を盛岡駅で少しだけ眺めてから電車に乗車し帰宅。
疲労抜きで、一昨日が少し速めだったのでそれよりも抑えてラン。
身体の状態は悪くないがやや痰が絡むのでマスクで予防する。
身体の前に出る感じは田沢湖の時よりもいいので、
北上フルは、いい練習となる大会になればいい。
