当サイトにてお取り扱いしておりますリージョン1のDVDは米国およびカナダ向けに製造された商品のため、日本国内のリージョン2用DVDプレーヤーでは再生できない商品となります。
リージョンコードにつきましては、必ず商品の詳細ページでご案内いたしておりますので、お手数ですが、注文確定前にご確認ください。
以上のようなメールがアマゾンから届きました。
そして、確かに商品詳細ページに以下のようにありました・・・
リージョン1： 米国、カナダ ※日本国内用（リージョン2）のDVDプレーヤーでは再生できません。
リージョン2： 日本、欧州、中東、南アフリカ、エジプト
確か、欧州はPALだからリージョン2であっても、映りませんよね。多分普通の方々は分かりません・・・自分だけかな？
以下のようなメールが届いたので、すぐ注文してしまったのです。（はや、しまった！）
