5月連休前からサボっていた運動を再開 昨晩は胸 ベンチプレスMAX110キロ インクラインベンチプレスMAX70キロ ケ-ブルクロスオーバー 上腕三頭筋 プレスダウンMAX80キロ 合計1時間 そして有酸素運動 ロードバイク ローラー台30分 久しぶりに一杯汗かきました 写真は昨夜の満月です
