重い物は持たず軽い物で加圧トレーニング
胸15分、上腕三頭筋15分、久しぶりなので辛かった
右足はリハビリのために大腿四頭筋、大腿二頭筋をメイン
軽く運動をして帰宅
就眠中は何時もより足を高くして
何時もと違う寝かたしたから今朝は寝不足
でも、足のむくみが随分引いている
そして強烈な筋肉痛
写真はトマトと鬼灯、凄い勢いで空に伸びて天井に届いた
立派にグリンカーテンの役目を果たしている
この時期の植物の勢いは凄い
私も何時もこう有りたい
