仕事は今が繁忙期で私までが外仕事に 昼間出来ない分の仕事は夜に、デスクワークで肩はパンパン 一日中外を歩き回ったせいか足首も痛い 今日は立っているのも辛いくらい でも、週4日のトレーニングには欠かせなく出かける(休めばいいのに) 肩の痛い時は肩のトレーニングを縮んでいた筋肉が伸び 運動している間に肩こりは取れてくる 足の痛みもトレーニングで取れてくれるといいのだけどね 今週で術後43週間経過 なかなかよくならない!
