自社の事業にアワビの養殖部門があり そのアワビがあと少しで出荷可能なサイズまで育ちました 小さすぎても食べるところが少なく 大きくし過ぎると単価が上がりすぎ販売しにくくなります 一人分の刺身が取れ販売しやすいサイズが殻長で8cm前後です
