我、郷土は枝豆の産地 栽培農家の違いで枝豆の味が違う 同じ種、同じ土壌、同じ環境での栽培のように思われるが 美味しい美味しくないの違いが出る 今年は特にこの地方は雨が少ないからか甘味も足らない でも、食べ比べてみると美味しい所は決まって同じ栽培農家 栽培農家さんの努力の違いなのかな
