岡山日生牡蠣

このシーズンと言えば牡蠣、またまた今年も、岡山日生の牡蠣を頂きました。

今年は殻付きではないものをリクエストしました。
殻処理が大変ですものね、それに生ガキとして食べるのは、こんパック詰めが良いみたいです。

今シーズンの牡蠣のサイズですが、今年は夏の高水温のため、牡蠣が斃死し、サイズが平年に比べ小さめだと言うことです。
でも開けて取り出してみたら、結構大きかったです。

今夜は、まず10コほど頂きました。
ホットケチャップとポン酢の２種を味わいましたが、どちらもいけましたね～
明日はカキフライといきます！
