今日のランチ

今日のお昼は、てんこ盛り焼きそばです。

豚肉・キャベツ・にんじん・ネギの具です。
他に天かす・干しえび・粉カツオやら、盛り沢山入っています。
家の育ったネギの生きの良いこと、青々としてピーンです。
目玉焼きの黄みは半熟、お箸で突いてトロ～っと流れた黄みを、そばにからませて食べると美味しいよ！
熱々だから湯気がでてるー

お客さん来るから急げ々のクッキング、雑です・・・。

とにかく具だくさんで栄養満点ですね。
