今夜は、豚肉のブロックを使って... 今夜は、豚肉のブロックを使って、皿どんぶりです。
塩・コショウをした豚肉をオリーブオイルでこんがり焼いて、ローズマリーを入れた特製ソース・パイナップル・大根を入れてコトコト煮ました。
お米はココナッツをきかせたバターライスです。
マッシュポテトとミニトマトを添えて、ボリームたっぷりの洋風どんぶりの出来上がり！
