これ日課

今日も晩ごはん、お腹いっぱ食べました。
食べ終わると必ず、お気に入りのクマのぬいぐるみをくわえて、各部屋を一周ずつします。
この儀式が終わったらクマをくわえて、水玉クッションに跨り、よいしょ よいしょをして終わりです。
これを３年やっています、何でしょう～

お腹いっぱい食べて各部屋を巡る運動でしょうか・・・。
食べたお腹を整えてるんじゃないかなぁ・・・。
