先日、南部鉄グリルパンを購入したので、お肉がどんなに美味しく焼けるのか、
お試しでラムチョップソテーを作ってみました。
なかなか良い焼き具合になりました。
ソースは、バルサミコ酢・オイスターソース・赤ワイン・オレンジジュースでとろみが
出るくらい煮込んで。
フルーティーなソースがラム肉に合います。

ついで、大貴のご飯も今晩はラムソテーと野菜のトッピングです。
ガツついて食べてました💕
明日のおやつは、残った骨かな。
今、ドライフードにしています。
